Free Roof Inspections in Troy, OH
A no-cost evaluation so you know exactly what condition your roof is in.
We walk the roof, photograph every problem area, and hand you a report you can keep, even if the verdict is that you don't need us yet. No pressure, no same-day-only pricing.
An inspection is worth having whenever you are buying a house, have just been through a storm, or simply cannot remember the last time anyone looked. We check the shingle field, the valleys, the flashing at every penetration, the pipe boots and the ridge, and we look at the ventilation, because a roof that cannot breathe fails early no matter how good the shingles are.
You get the photos and a plain-English summary of what we found. If the roof has years left in it, we will tell you that and tell you when to have it looked at again. The inspection is how the conversation starts, not a sales appointment with a clipboard.

- A full walk of the roof, not a look from the driveway
- Photo report of every problem area, yours to keep
- A straight answer on how much roof life is left
- No obligation and no same-day-only pricing
Free Roof Inspections, answered
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The walk, the photos and the written report cost nothing and carry no obligation. If your roof is fine, we will tell you it is fine and when to have it looked at again.
How long does an inspection take?
Usually 45 to 60 minutes for a typical residential roof, longer if the roof is large or complicated. You get the photo report the same day.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, because we would rather show you the photos and talk it through than email a PDF. But we can inspect and send the report if you cannot be there.
