Wind & Hail Damage in Troy, OH

Storm response, plus documentation an adjuster will actually accept.

We're equipped to repair or replace after severe weather. Most hail damage is invisible from the ground, so we mark and photograph every strike and give you a report written for the claim, not for the sale.

Hail rarely leaves a hole. It bruises the shingle mat and fractures the granule bed, and the roof then fails years early, long after the storm that caused it has stopped being anyone's memory of a bad week. Wind damage is similar: lifted tabs and backed-out nails that reseal badly and leak at the next driving rain.

Because none of that is visible from the ground, the documentation is the job. We mark every strike, photograph it with the date and location attached, and write the report so an adjuster can work from evidence instead of a description. If the roof is leaking now, we can tarp it while the claim is processed.

Common questions

Wind & Hail Damage, answered

How do I know if I have hail damage?

Usually you do not, and that is the problem. Hail bruises the shingle mat and fractures the granule bed without leaving anything visible from the ground. A post-storm inspection is the only reliable way to find out.

My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?

Call or text. We can get an emergency tarp on it to stop the damage while the claim is worked out.

Will you inspect if I am not sure I want to file?

Yes. Plenty of storm inspections end with us telling a homeowner they do not have a claim worth filing. You get the report either way.

Start with a free inspection. Decide after.

Text a photo of the problem or just call. We'll tell you straight what you're dealing with.
