Insurance Claims in Troy, OH
Help through the claim process so you get the coverage you deserve.
We meet your adjuster on the roof, walk the scope with them, and make sure the estimate reflects the actual damage and current code requirements. You stay the decision-maker; we handle the technical argument.
An adjuster may look at a dozen roofs in a day. That is not a criticism of adjusters (it is a description of the job), but it does mean a roof gets a better hearing when somebody is standing on it who can point at each mark and say what it is.
We do that part. You stay the policyholder and the decision-maker throughout; we handle the technical argument about scope and about the code requirements a rebuild has to meet. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or a law firm, and we do not give legal or coverage advice. What we provide is documentation and a competent voice on the roof.

- A full photo set documented before you file
- We meet the adjuster on the roof and walk the scope
- Code requirements accounted for in the estimate
- Restored as a full GAF system, warranty registered in your name
Insurance Claims, answered
Do you file the claim for me?
No, you file it, because you are the policyholder. What we do is document the damage before you file, meet your adjuster on the roof, and make sure the scope reflects what is actually up there.
Will you cover my deductible?
No. Your deductible is your responsibility, and a contractor offering to absorb or waive it is describing insurance fraud. We will not do that.
What if the claim is denied?
We will go through the adjuster's report with you and tell you honestly whether we think something legitimate was missed. We are roofers, not public adjusters or attorneys, so anything past that is a conversation for a professional in that field.
